Take I-95 N from Portsmouth approximately 46 miles. Take exit 7A to Jetport/Congress St off I-95 S. Take a left at the end of the exit and proceed until you come to a set of lights. Stay in the right lane when the road widens to two lanes just prior to the lights. You should be able to see the Learning Effects sign across the street and on the left as you are at the light. Proceed straight through the lights and Learning Effects is located in the first building on the left.

Take I-95 S from Augusta approximately 7 miles. Merge onto I-295 S at exit 14B toward Gardiner/Brunswick and travel that route for approximately 41 miles. Take the I-95/Maine Turnpike exit and follow that connector until you merge onto I-95 S which is a left exit from the connector toward Kittery/Boston. Take exit 7A to Jetport/Congress St off I-95 S.
